Spiral chute operating principle:

Set up the Grooved Spire Chutes, calibrate vertical line, fix it in proper position with iron frame or wood, convey ore to two feeding inlets of upper roof of spire through sand pump, add makeup water, adjust the concentration of mine pulp, and mine pulp swirl flows from high to low naturally, produce an inertial centrifugal force in the rotary inclined flow rate, according to the difference of proportion, size and shape of ore, under the action of weight and centrifugal force of swirling flow, separate ore from sand, concentrate ore flows into concentrate bucket and comes out through pipe, milltailings enters into milltailings bucket and comes out to sand pool through pipe, and discharge with sand pump, and finish the whole process of separation.
